Refer a team for the first time and we will send you something. We are not going to tell you what it is, but it's good!

5% swag credit for your team

Once the department you referred hits $10,000 in swag spend, your team starts earning. Your team gets 5% of everything they spend, including the initial $10k spent, for the next 12 months.

For the people who keep going

Refer more than once and you land on a list we pay close attention to. Our best referrers hear from us in ways that do not fit on a landing page.

Credits apply as a discount on your quarterly invoice. We track the spend, you do not have to.

The fine print, in plain English

The department you refer has to be genuinely separate from yours, with its own swag billing. Same parent company is fine. Same contract is fine. Same budget is not.

The team you refer has to be a different department with separate swag billing. Same program contract is fine.

You cannot refer your own department.

They have to place their first order within 60 days of the introduction.

That first order has to be at least $500, before tax, royalty, and shipping.

They have to be new to Kotis, with no contact from us in the last 12 months.

Credit starts once they reach $10,000 in swag spend, and runs 12 months from their first order.

Credit applies to your department's quarterly invoice. It is not paid in cash.

FAQ

What counts as a separate department?

It comes down to billing. If their swag spend is invoiced separately from yours, they count. If you share a swag budget, they do not. Same parent company or same contract is fine either way.

Can I refer more than one team?

Yes. Please do. Each referral earns you swag credits if the qualify.

How does my department actually get the credit?

It shows up as a discount on your quarterly invoice. We track the referred team's spend and apply it. Nothing for you to submit.

What if the team I want to refer already talked to Kotis?

If we have been in contact with them in the last 12 months, they are not eligible. Ask your Account Executive if you are not sure.

Do I get anything personally?

First-time referrers get a thank-you gift from us. Beyond that, the swag credit goes to your department. You’ll still be the swag hero for your team!
